1. Service Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern all auto service work performed by Zosacfo. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Zosacfo reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer
- Overdue invoices may incur late fees of 1.5% per month
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
3. Liability & Warranties
Zosacfo provides workmanship warranties for 30 days from service completion. We are not responsible for vehicle damage caused by factors outside our control, pre-existing conditions, or customer misuse.
4. Limitation of Liability
Zosacfo's liability is limited to the service charge paid. We do not assume responsibility for consequential or indirect damages, business interruption, or loss of profit.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle information
- Zosacfo is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- Vehicle keys and access remain customer's responsibility
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
7. Data Protection (GDPR/PDPA)
Zosacfo collects personal data for service delivery and communication purposes only. Your data is protected under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on Zosacfo platforms are owned by Zosacfo. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to mediation under Malaysian law.
10. Amendments
Zosacfo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website.
